Shipping Policy

Shipping fees do not include customs fees, which may be required by some countries.

• International Delivery: 5–7 working days after processing.
• Local Delivery: 3–5 working days after processing.
• Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping rates are calculated for a single item. For orders with multiple items, we will contact you to discuss additional shipping fees.

Note: For international shipping, we use DHL. For local delivery, we use GIGL.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
