Return & Exchange Policy

Items are made to order. Please choose your correct size according to our size guide or provide accurate custom measurements at checkout.

  • You have up to 2 working days from receiving your order to request an exchange.
  • Exchanges are valid only for faulty items received out of the bag.
  • Items must be returned as received, with tags in perfect condition and not removed.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items made to your custom measurements/size.
  • An image or video is required before your claim is processed.
  • We currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges for cases stated above.

Note: Once an item has been worn or used, we are not liable for any damage caused (e.g., wear and tear).

Shipping Policy

Shipping fees do not include customs fees, which may be required by some countries.

  • International Delivery: 5-7 working days after processing.
  • Local Delivery: 3-5 working days after processing.
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Note: For international shipping, we use DHL. For local delivery, we use GIGL.

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier-related issues.

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
